Petivano 3-Year Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty describes your rights if a manufacturing defect appears in your Petivano Fountain.

It applies to Petivano products purchased directly from www.petivano.com.

This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1) What this Limited Warranty covers

We warrant that your Petivano Fountain will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the original purchase date.

Covered components include the fountain body, pump, and other components necessary for the normal operation of the fountain under intended use.

This warranty applies to defects resulting from the manufacturing process or materials used in the product.

2) What this Limited Warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the product instructions.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, assembly, or disassembly.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect the function of the fountain.
• Damage caused by using the product with an incompatible power source or adapter.
• Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or otherwise damaging the fountain, pump, cable, or other components.
• Damage caused by foreign objects, excessive debris, or failure to regularly clean the pump and fountain.
• Filters, sponges, and other consumable components that naturally require replacement.
• Loss, theft, or damage while the product is being returned to us using a carrier selected by the customer.

For the best performance, the fountain should be cleaned regularly and the filter and sponge should be replaced as recommended.

3) Exclusive remedy

If a covered manufacturing defect arises within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product or replace it with the same model or a comparable model if the original product is unavailable.

Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and become our property.

Refunds are not a warranty remedy unless required by applicable law.

4) How to make a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, email info@petivano.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

If your claim appears eligible, we will provide further instructions and may ask you to return the product for inspection.

You may be required to send the fountain to our designated service or return address for inspection before a warranty replacement is approved.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product when returning it.

If the issue is determined to be a covered manufacturing defect, Petivano will provide the appropriate warranty remedy.

If the issue is determined not to be covered by this warranty, we will notify you and may provide available repair or replacement options at your expense.

5) Warranty period and proof of purchase

Coverage runs for 3 years from the original purchase date shown on your receipt or order confirmation.

You must provide proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.

This warranty is available to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

6) Additional terms & legal rights

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Petivano for the product, except where additional rights are required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Petivano disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Petivano is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or other indirect losses, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on where you live.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
